The agent: your personal assistant in Customer.io
Customer.io's AI Assistant now has expanded capabilities to perform most actions within the platform, including creating campaigns, drafting emails, and analyzing performance. Users can set up Routines to automate recurring tasks like deliverability checks and segment audits, with built-in safety guardrails.
In the past, our AI Assistant was limited to specific tools. But the new agent can do just about anything you can do in Customer.io. It can create campaigns, draft emails, analyze campaign performance, and more. It can even learn from you and get better over time!
You can also set up Routines to automate recurring tasks—things like checking your deliverability, auditing segments, and more.
And while we’ve expanded the agent’s capabilities, we’ve also given it guardrails to make sure it works safely.
