Feature

Send push notifications to multiple mobile apps in one workspace

Workspaces can now send push notifications to multiple mobile apps simultaneously. Existing customers need to contact their CSM to enable this feature. When enabled, push delivery metrics will track one delivery per device instead of per customer profile.

All new accounts and accounts that have never integrated push now support multiple apps, but other existing customers need to reach out to their CSM to request access. If you don’t have a CSM, reach out to win@customer.io. Enabling multi-app support changes how your workspace tracks push deliveries, so read on to understand the implications: When multi-app support is enabled for push notifications, your metrics reflect one delivery per device, no longer one delivery per customer profile.
