Postgres 18 GA, spending limits API, NAT gateway and PrivateLink updates
Postgres 18 is now generally available on Neon with full support and all preview limitations removed. Updates include new spending limits API, US East NAT gateway improvements, PrivateLink enhancements, plv8 deprecation, and k6 load testing support.
