Miro now supports video call recordings with AI-powered transcription and summarization, integrates with project management tools like Asana and Trello through Miro Tables, and allows embedding of third-party content from Figma, Power BI, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 directly on boards. New retention policy notifications help users understand how disposition policies affect their boards.
Video call recordings Record your Miro meetings and workshops or create video walkthroughs by capturing yourself explaining concepts, how-tos or tasks. Video call transcription With one click, transcribe your video calls into a document that appears on the board—fully editable, and supported by Miro AI to summarize, translate, and more. Manage tasks with ease Connect Miro to Asana, Trello, Linear, ClickUp, and Rally for seamless work management. All tools are integrated with Miro Tables - making it easy to organize tasks and quickly visualize dependencies. External embeds Embed third-party content such as Figma, Looker, Power BI, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 files directly into your Miro boards for richer collaboration. MSFT PPT and Word embeds Embed Microsoft PowerPoint and Word files into Miro to keep your content accessible and interactive during collaboration.
