New Intelligent Widgets and Enterprise Enhancements

Miro launched new intelligent widgets including Alignment scales, Spinner wheels, T-shirt sizes, and Sticky stacks for collaborative work. Enterprise Guard data discovery, Azure DevOps support on Business Plan, Australia data residency, simplified UI for interactive displays, and admin control over Public Beta participation are now available.

Alignment scale Capture group sentiment with Alignment scales, offering a dynamic way to visualize how everyone feels.  Spinner wheel Add a touch of fun with Spinner wheels, randomly selecting options from a spinning wheel.  T-shirt sizes For task estimation, offer an intuitive alternative to Story points by using T-shirt sizes.  Sticky stack Streamline brainstorming by letting users easily grab and place notes on the board with Sticky stacks. Enterprise Guard: Built-in data discovery Built-in data discovery now automatically scans Miro boards for sensitive information using pre-built labels. This makes it easier for admins to identify technical designs, strategy docs, and customer data—no setup or guesswork needed. Azure DevOps on Business Plan Business Plan users can now use Azure DevOps, making it easier for smaller teams to integrate their project management workflows. This update includes access to Azure Cards, Planner, and the Dependencies App—no Enterprise plan required. Australia Data Residency With Australia data residency customers have the option to store and process their data within Australian borders. Simplified UI on Interactive Displays Miro’s updated UI offers a cleaner experience with streamlined toolbars, a new Spaces sidebar for easier board access, and a dedicated Diagramming mode. Enterprise Public Beta setting Enterprise admins can now manage Public Beta participation directly from the Admin Panel, offering greater transparency and control. This update simplifies beta enrolments and reduces manual effort, freeing up teams to focus on strategic priorities.
