✨ Gantt Baselines: Your Plan vs Reality

Save your original plan, then see how reality compares. Baselines freeze your project schedule at a point in time and overlay it on your live Gantt timeline, so you can instantly spot which tasks slipped, which came in early, and by how much. Add one from the Customize menu in any Gantt view. Available on Business Plans and above.

✨  Brain Goes Mobile: Now Available in ClickUp iOS & Android

Brain has been revamped and now works everywhere in the mobile app. Tap the floating Brain button from any screen to ask questions, take action on tasks, or catch up on what you missed. Talk instead of type with built-in dictation, and pick up the same conversation on desktop since Brain syncs across devices.

✨ Meeting Notes Your Way: Keep the Recording, Transcript, or Just the Summary

Not every meeting needs the full recording. New toggles in AI Notetaker settings let you keep the recording, transcript, or just the summary. Turn them on or off in Calendar settings → AI Notetaker.

Super Agents and Brain now handle reminders end-to-end: ask them to create, summarize, update, or complete reminders so you don't lose momentum.

Agents can also run on hourly schedules now, with built-in guardrails to prevent overlapping runs, so high-priority monitoring, routing, and alerting happen on your schedule.

Grant someone Can Manage access to an agent and it automatically DMs them a rundown of what it does, so new managers are instantly up to speed.

Need to tweak agent instructions, tools, tone, or behavior? Tell the agent directly in a DM, @mention, or task comment and the changes apply on the spot, no Agent Builder required.
