Support multiple IdP signing certificates for SAML enterprise connections
SAML enterprise connections can now trust multiple Identity Provider signing certificates with their validity windows. The EnterpriseConnection.samlConnection includes idpCertificates, and creation/update methods accept an array of certificates instead of a single certificate.
