Fix HandleSSOCallback dropping error when Clerk Protect challenge fails
Fixed a bug where HandleSSOCallback was dropping errors when a Clerk Protect challenge failed during SSO callback. Errors are now properly available through useSignIn() and useSignUp(), and failed sign-up challenges correctly navigate to the sign-up page.
