Correct minimum Next.js version in Core 3 upgrade guidance
Updated the minimum Next.js version requirement for @clerk/nextjs v7 to 15.2.8 or later (or 16.0.10+ on Next.js 16) to ensure compatibility with Core 3 upgrades.
