Fixed requests failing with 400 when ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL points at proxy
Fixed a regression from 2.1.275 where all requests would fail with a 400 error when ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL is configured to point at a proxy or gateway. The issue was related to the 'advisor_20260301' input tag handling.
