• (Personal / Basic ) Group tasks by date fields: Group tasks by additional date fields in projects and My Tasks to enhance project organization and workflow tracking.
• (Personal / Basic ) Board view with no task limits: Group tasks in projects or My Tasks boards, no matter the number of tasks.
• (Personal / Basic ) Improved customization in board view: Group by assignee, sort groups, and hide empty groups in project board view.
• (Personal / Basic) Enhancements to project overview in iOS: Monitor the progress of your team on mobile with a central place for project insights.
• (Personal / Basic) Granular email notification settings: Customize your email notifications with more detailed options for which notifications you want to receive.
• (Personal / Basic ) Tab management improvement: Set any tab as the default in projects, portfolios, and teams
• (Starter / Premium) Custom sorting in Gantt view: Group tasks in Gantt view based on what’s most useful for your project needs.
• (Advanced / Business) Portfolio saved views: Customize and save portfolio views to quickly access them at any time.
• (Advanced / Business) Request access to private work in portfolios: See and request access to private work in portfolios.
• (Enterprise) View only license: Ensure teams across your organization have access to goals, reporting, portfolios, and projects in Asana with a view-only license.
